Yoga is a moment of pure relaxation.
Combined with other complementary techniques,
it is even more powerful.
First of all, yoga allows you to optimise your breathing. Classes help you learn to better control it.
Yoga makes you work on your whole body's flexibility.
It also strengthens your back, and tones up a lot of muscles that support it.
It strengthens your joints. Holding positions for a few minutes stretches your muscles.
Practicing yoga regularly boosts your concentration and serenity.
I offer to guide your practice according to your needs.
